Delivery Charges

We believe our delivery terms are extremely competitive.

Small items such as spare parts will be sent by first class Royal Mail whenever possible and at varying charges according to weight and dimensions. Single packs of hooks, joiners, gliders, end stops etc. will be popped in the post for you for only £7.50 whilst bulkier items such as brackets, overlap sets and cording sets will cost up to £11.95. Multiple items may cost up to £11.95. As you add items to your shopping cart you will see the carriage charge change. These charges apply to UK mainland only.

All other items will be delivered by next day courier service. By viewing your cart as you add items, you will be able to see the carriage charge which has been applied. We offer FREE delivery for orders over £150 which are delivered to UK Mainland.


Delivery of parcels containing long lengths of poles/tracks to offshore addresses and Highlands and Islands may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge, in which event we will contact you to discuss this. Standard size parcels to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Hebrides and Northern and Southern Ireland will be subject to our standard delivery terms whenever possible.

Delivery Time

Customers can expect to receive delivery of orders placed in 1-2 working days after receipt of order. Orders placed before 11.30 am for Jones Interiors products can usually be with you within 2-3 working days.  Hand finished items may take up to 10 days but we are happy to check availability for you prior to you placing an order as sometimes a speedier despatch can be achieved.

A next day service is available on many other products on orders placed before 4.45pm and this is generally achieved. However, when delivery date is critical please contact us to enable us to check availability before placing your order.

Please note: Goods are delivered to you by trusted couriers and the goods will normally reach you next working day. Fendow is under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. However, if you have not received your item when expected, please email us at –  customerservices@fendow.com to enable us to make enquiries with the courier.

Please ensure receipt of goods and check all items are received and have been delivered in good condition prior to arranging for a fitter.

Delivery Information

Please check that the delivery address you have given, including post code, is totally accurate. If it is possible to give us additional delivery information such as – if not in, please leave with neighbour at no. x, this is really helpful.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct.
If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Correct Number of Parcels

Please check the delivery note for the amount of parcels you should receive. If they are not all delivered it is very important you write on the delivery note the number of parcels you have received and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.

Refusing Goods

Any item that is refused at the delivery address for any reason will incur additional carriage charges. We will be charged for the item to be returned to us, which you will be liable for and there will be an additional charge for resending the item. This extra delivery cost must be paid before the item is resent.
